SBA is a performance improvement consultancy operated by its principal consultant, Steve Burrows, supported by an associate network of business and technology leaders. Headquartered in the Isle of Man, a small island nation and world-class financial centre in the middle of the Irish Sea, SBA has clients in Europe and the Americas.

SBA's principal consultant, Steve Burrows, is a Fellow of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT (FBCS), a Chartered Information Technology Professional (CITP),  a Fellow of the Institute of Directors (FIoD) and a Chartered Director (CDir). Steve returned to practicing consultancy in 2009 following 10 years as a board director of a very successful large UK business. Steve also sits on the Membership Board of the Chartered Institute for IT. He is a member of the Computer Weekly 500 (CW500), an elected committee member of the Effective Leadership in IT forum (ELITE), and a director of BCS (Isle of Man). He is co-founder of the Isle of Man Non-Executive Directors Register (NEDS IOM) and the Isle of Man's Business Sales Agency BusinessSales.im, and founder of e-Go.
